Order Online

The quickest way to order art products from us takes only a few clicks. From anywhere within our website, find your desired painting and choose the size you want, then click 'Add to Cart' button and then follow a few simple steps leading you to complete your order. Remember, you may review and edit your order at any time during your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, paypal...

The order process is as follows :

1) We receive your order

2) You to make the payment (if the chosen painting is in stock). If the painting with the size you want is not in our stock, our painters will paint it. (needed time is 2-3 weeks)

3) After the painting is finished, we will take photo and send it to you so that you can check it. You can request us to make amendments until you feel satisfy with the work.  

4) Payment remittance (If you want us to deliver the painting to the address you provide). If you want to pay by cash to our agents in your country, we will prepare to send the work to our agents.

5) The paintings will be protected in PVC tube and sent to you directly or to our agent(s) in your country. Needed time is 2-3 weeks (by normal post) or 4-5 working days (by fast express). This depends on which mode of courier that you choose.

 How to Quickly Find Your Masterpiece

The following are but a few ways to look for your artwork:

1 ) Use our search tool by simply entering a keyword in the blank search space provided on the right of our site. Then click "Search", you'll find all items related to the keyword entered displayed.

2 )Browse our popular Artists or "Top favorite paintings by styles" :   From home page in our website, you may click popular Artists or "Top favorite paintings by styles" whichever comes into your mind and we'll show you the related artworks to choose from.

3) If you are looking for paintings from a particular artist, click Artist Index (Artists surname are arranged follow alphbet) .

We are working on more suggestions to help you find your art of choice easier and quicker. Still can't find what you're looking for, send us an email, we'll be happy to help you through your search. If we do not have it in-house, we'll provide a special request order for you which would cost just about the same as other regular artworks in our site.

 Delivery Time

The time taken to fill each order depends on the size and the quantity of your choice:
1)If you choose the painting with status "In stock": - the paintings will be shipped immediatly and arrived to you within 2-3 weeks (by nomal service of post office) or 4-5 working days (by express service).

2) For other orders, ussually takes about 2- 3 weeks to paint the painting, (depending on the size and the quantity of the paintings ordered). Complex paintings may take up to 6 weeks or more to complete. We will send the picture of the painting to you after finished to paint for checking. We can change details on the painting until you feel satify with the result. Finally if you are happy with it, we will ship it. Shipping - Normally takes 2 to 3 weeks depending where you would like the order to be sent.

The total delivery time ranges from 1 to 6 weeks average.

 How are the paintings shipped?

All paintings are rolled and protected inside hard PVC tube , the frames will be packed by hard carton, carefully packed for shipping.

 * Shipping address :

You may ship to an address different from your billing address. after you made the payment, please email us the shipping address where you would like the artwork ordered to be sent to.

 * Tracking Your Order :

Once the artwork is completed and shipped, we'll notify you that the shipment has been made and provide you with the tracking number for online tracking (with express service).

 Returns Policy

Return and receive a refund is simple. With our experience in serving many international clients, we are proud to guarantee the quality of the artworks you'll receive. Once the artwork is delivered, if in any way you are not satisfied with the product, within 15 days from the day you receive the product, repackage and send it to our address:  279 Doi Can Str., BaDinh Dist, HaNoi - Viet Nam or at our agent in your country.
